To learn whole chain and manufacturing process in plant, understand the business, support on the improvement process

学习工厂制造系统相关知识，了解业务，支持改进流程

Main responsibilities

主要职责

·       To complete the education as per the training and development plan.

·       To learn and understand the process and operation in engine plant.

·       To present after the learning and testing and find problems and make continuous improvement in terms of process, efficiency and quality.

·       To solve the quality and technical problems during production and communicate with relevant departments for solution.

·       To assist supervisor and manager to make and implement work plan, improve and optimize system and workflow.

·       Other working tasks arranged by direct supervisor.

• 学习并完成公司及部门制定培训课程的培训计划；
• 学习和掌握生产线加工工艺及相关流程；
• 在完成培训计划后展示并陈述学习成果，能在生产实际中发现问题，并在流程、效率和质量方面不断改进
• 协助解决生产过程中出现的质量和技术问题，并同相关区域做好沟通；
• 协助生产主管和生产工程师制定和实施生产标准，优化生产流程和工艺；
• 直线领导安排的其他工作。

Academic Qualifications Required

学历要求

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Machinery Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Electric, Automatization, NC, Engine, Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other relevant engineering majors.

本科及以上学历 主修机械设计、机械制造及自动化、电气及自动化、数控、内燃机、车辆工程、工业工程或其他相关工程专业。

·       Frequent in oral and written English, be able to use English as working language.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, e.g. Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Access and Publisher.

·       Logical and independent thinking.

·       Learning, creativity and problem-solving ability.

·       Teamwork spirit and social adaptive ability.

·       Deep understanding on relevant professional knowledge of Machinery Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Electric, Automatization, NC, Engine, Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Engineering.

·       良好口头和书面英语,能够使用英语作为工作语言；

·       精通微软办公应用程序,例如PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook, CAD 等；

·       有较强的独立思考和逻辑分析能力；

·       具备较强的学习能力、创造力和解决问题的能力；

·       深入了解机械设计、制造及自动化、电气、自动化、数控、发动机、车辆工程、工业工程等相关专业知识。
